 Freddie Rodriguez (Predictor-Lotto) won a mad scramble to the line at the Tour de Georgia on Saturday, outsprinting J.J. Haedo (CSC) and George Hincapie (Discovery) capping off stage six , a 113.5-mile haul from Lake Lanier Island to Stone Mountain Park just outside metro Atlanta. &#xD;
